Donovan Bar is the most prestigious cocktail bar in Brown’s Hotel located in London. Federico Pavan claims that the "Once Upon a Time" cocktail is named after the guests who came to Brown's Hotel and transformed it into what it is now. He also enjoys telling the backstory of the beverages they are selling. Indulging more in the story, he says, “Winston Churchill was the real source of inspiration for "Once Upon a Time." Champagne, whisky, and cigars are the three ingredients you can take into account when making the cocktail because he used to drink them.”

On the menu, they have five cocktails per section, which consists of 4 alcoholic and 1 non-alcoholic cocktail. Then each section is divided into different chapters which have a set of drinks, and they are:
