
Apple Brandy Sour
Ingredients
- Apple Brandy
- Lemon Juice
- Honey Syrup
- Egg White / Aqua Faba
- Angostura Bitters
Preparation
Pour 50ml of Apple Brandy in a cocktail shaker, along with 25ml of Lemon Juice and 25ml of Honey Syrup.
Add an egg white and dry shake, followed by shaking with ice.
Serve in a coup glass, and add a dash of angostura bitters on top of the foam.
