Cinnamon Swirl

Ingredients

  • 50ml Pangea Spiced Rum
  • 50ml apple juice
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Dash of cinnamon powder / syrup

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a shaker, shake over ice.

Strain directly into short rock glass over ice 

Garnish with a Star Anise
