Chilli And Lime G&T


  • 60ml Lea Valley London Dry Gin
  • 90ml tonic Water
  • 1 red chilli
  • 2tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Lime wedge and salt, to garnish


  1. Run the lime wedge around the rim of the old-fashioned glass. Then dip the cup into salt and coat the rim.
  2. Slice and deseed the chilli before placing it into the glass.
  3. Pour the gin, tonic water and lime juice into the glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Stir for a few seconds to infuse flavours.
