- 60ml Lea Valley London Dry Gin
- 90ml tonic Water
- 1 red chilli
- 2tbsp fresh lime juice
- Lime wedge and salt, to garnish
- Run the lime wedge around the rim of the old-fashioned glass. Then dip the cup into salt and coat the rim.
- Slice and deseed the chilli before placing it into the glass.
- Pour the gin, tonic water and lime juice into the glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir for a few seconds to infuse flavours.
